This is the official, seasonal Do Yoga in Paris wind-down
Yoga teachers and studios are going on holiday so we’re going to do the same. When yoga and meditation form the backbone of your project, you have to walk the walk and recognize when it’s time to pause, to be more of a “human being than a human doing” as a teacher once said. So that’s what we plan to do over the next month.
If you need to pause your paid subscription, go right ahead. You deserve a vacation, too 🙂
