Summer (Yoga) Solstice in Paris
Yoga classes and workshops to prime you for the new season PLUS a reco in Arles if you’re heading that way
I always call visiting a new yoga studio or attending a pop-up class in a non-yoga venue “adventures in Parisian real estate.” You just never know what you’re going to find in a far-flung neighborhood or behind a heavy door or at the back of a courtyard.
A friend who used to own a yoga boutique here once said to me, “I don’t know how you go to all these yoga events all the time! I couldn’t do it.” I get it; it can sometimes feel like A LOT. But the truth is, the yoga is just an excuse to indulge my curiosity and discover new places and people. I have made some incredible friends, met some truly talented teachers, as a result of being nosy and saying YES. And this is coming from an introvert!
Sometimes you just have put your Arjuna pants on and do your duty. That’s the yoga.
