Art and Yoga for All: Avignon, Paris & Toulouse Edition
Finding resonance with art regardless of perceived or real creative or physical limitations
As we said on Notes the other day, “a yoga practice is an art practice is a yoga practice, and on and on… The recursive nature of practice means that you’re never not in a flow of drawing and redrawing and refining your vision and potential.”
One way to feel the truth of that statement, to sense it in your body and blood, is to do your yoga and meditating in a museum or gallery setting. Syncing your breath and focusing your attention on a single sculpture or a collection of works has a way of expanding how you see the world and yourself in it.
Give it a try this autumn in Avignon, Paris and Toulouse!

Wish I could go to these!!
When I lived in Vienna, I occasionally went to a class in the Albertina art museum. It was incredible! I felt like we were inhabiting all the negative space of the statues...
Great highlight. :)
