Three studios with class specials to boost your yoga practice this Winter
It’s been chilly around these parts, and we are grateful for heated studios, teachers who bring their tapas to the party and for the chance to move on our mats and stoke our inner fires. It warms the body and the heart.
What makes our blood boil, though, are rising class costs. Having just learned that a local studio’s drop-in rate for a one-hour session is 32€, we’ve decided that this week’s dispatch will focus on studios with prices that are a little easier on the wallet.
Below, our freshly researched picks for yoga that won’t break the bank.
Lunchtime Practice Special (Paris 11e)

What a nice surprise to discover that Studio Marga has a gift hiding in plain sight: midday yoga and Pilates classes at a great price, every week (not just in January!)

The fine print: valid for one class (i.e. you can’t reserve multiple lunchtime classes at once) on the date of your choosing. Class valid up to 1 month after purchase. Reservation must be cancelled 4 hours before class starts.
Morning Motivation (Paris 6e)

If you’re an early bird, MyGinger’s “Morning Motivation’ class pack is for you: get 5 classes for 90€ instead of 140€ as long as you take your classes before 10h, Monday through Friday.

FYI: when last we checked, MyGinger’s schedule only showed early morning classes Tuesdays through Thursdays so if that fits your schedule, go for it. Fingers crossed they soon offer Monday and Friday sessions 🤞

at Yoga & Co
Nadège and her team at Yoga & Co are making it easier for you to look after yourself with a class pass that gets you 8 different sessions over a 2-month period. That works out to 12€ per class which is a terrific way to kick off 2024.
